Rohit is a technology thought leader and an Entrepreneur at heart, with over 20 years of Enterprise Software experience. While living in the USA he worked with various companies such as Deloitte, Pfizer, Merrill Lynch (Bank Of America), and Delta Airlines where he designed and developed high-end enterprise applications, and maintained and enhanced high traffic public-facing websites.
With a Masters's in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, Rohit is passionate about building engineering teams that deliver end-to-end solutions. His favorite pass-times are philosophizing on software development and thinking of innovative ways to solve real-world problems.
Managing Director, Filip Fontaine, is a US-European digital management expert with close to 20 years of experience in large companies such as eBay, Kering, TUI Travel, and MarineMax. Filip led the digital transformation of the three last-mentioned companies. He works with the Mindrops client base in Europe & North America to bridge the gap between their product- and market vision and the expert, outsourced IT- and Web services Mindrops has under contract in India.
Filip has lived and worked in Silicon Valley, New York, Florida, and Europe. He is a native of Brussels, Belgium. He holds an MBA from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de la Empresa (IESE) in Barcelona, Spain and a Master in European & International Law from the KU Leuven. A world citizen, he speaks the major European languages fluently.
Chief Financial Officer Sanjeev Kumar is an established finance leader with an experience of over 11 years in finance and accounting. Sanjeev possesses rich and extensive experience in shareholder value creation, corporate governance, business partnering, treasury and funding, investor relations, cost management, taxation, financial accounting, and reporting.
Formerly, he has had opportunities to work with various MSME and corporate clients. At Mindrops, he establishes financial policies and procedures, directs financial strategy, and is responsible for budgeting, auditing, and treasury function. With his Advanced Degree in Commerce and a CMA certification, he has a complete grasp of all aspects of finance and taxation.
Head of Human Resources (HR) Meghna Dahiya is a motivated Human Resource manager with more than 7 years of experience and a proven history of working in various sectors such as pharmaceuticals, FMCG, RMG, IT, banking, and insurance. With her management and leadership skills, she oversees our HR department and works to implement programs and changes that improve the company's overall performance.
She has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a primary focus in Finance and Human Resources. Meghna brings strong written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and an ability to gain confidence to achieve results. She has a proven track record of successfully managing human resources and leading teams.
Head of Marketing Avinash Sharma, is an enthusiast professional with the ability to successfully implement marketing efforts for holistic growth of brand presence, and improve brand recall and customer retention. Avinash has a work history with clients across sectors like travel, real estate, retail, hospitality, education, etc... He worked on 50+ small and large-scale projects like Symbiosis and Chandigarh University.
With his experience and expertise in digital branding and online promotions, he drives our digital growth and leads marketing. He enjoys traveling, ideation, and drinks tea to power his creative mind.
