Rohit is a technology thought leader and an entrepreneur at heart, with over 20 years of Enterprise Software experience. While living in the USA he worked with various companies such as Deloitte, Pfizer, Merrill Lynch (Bank of America), and Delta Airlines where he designed and developed high-end enterprise applications, and maintained and enhanced high traffic public-facing websites.
With a Master’s in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, Rohit is passionate about building engineering teams that deliver end-to-end solutions. His favorite pastimes are philosophizing on software development and thinking of innovative ways to solve real-world problems.
Managing Director, Filip Fontaine, is a US-European digital management expert with close to 20 years of experience in large companies such as eBay, Kering, TUI Travel, and MarineMax. Filip led the digital transformation of the last three mentioned companies. He works with the Mindrops client base in Europe & North America to bridge the gap between their product and market vision and the expert, outsourced IT and web services Mindrops has under contract in India.
Filip has lived and worked in Silicon Valley, New York, Florida, and Europe. He is a native of Brussels, Belgium. He holds an MBA from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de la Empresa (IESE) in Barcelona, Spain and a Master’s in European & International Law from the KU Leuven. A world citizen, he speaks the major European languages fluently.
Ritesh Kapoor, Choice Architect, is a seasoned expert with over 15 years of experience in guiding organisations through strategic transformations. After learning Management & Marketing from IIT-Bombay, Ritesh has honed his skills in influencing decision-making and driving growth across various industries. He still spends a lot of time on Coursera.org and LinkedIn Learning to stay updated with the ever-changing landscape of technologies and has completed more than 25 certificates online from top universities worldwide. His unique approach to choice architecture helps organisations navigate complex challenges and make informed decisions.
As a serial entrepreneur, Ritesh has developed more than 10 SaaS B2B enterprise products, ranging from Information Systems to Voice AI. Despite facing failures with some startups, Ritesh’s determination to innovate and learn from failures has led to the creation of commercially successful startups. These experiences have provided him with deep insights into every stage of the product lifecycle—from ideation to conceptualisation and MVP development to go-to-market strategies and scaling. A lifelong learner, Ritesh is passionate about identifying gaps and creating innovative solutions, fueling his continuous pursuit of excellence.
Mr. Madhur Devgan is a Government Strategy Professional with extensive experience working with government functionaries. He specializes in developing business relationship models through his versatile and solid leadership and negotiating abilities.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering and has worked for over 10 years at various critical Government Establishments. He is passionate about building relationship networks across the government and has a vision to undertake social projects for the benefit of the families of the martyrs of the Defense Professionals in India.
Co-Founder & Chief Financial Officer Sanjeev Kumar Singh is an established finance leader with an experience of over 11 years in finance and accounting. Sanjeev possesses rich and extensive experience in shareholder value creation, corporate governance, business partnering, treasury and funding, investor relations, cost management, taxation, financial accounting, and reporting.
Formerly, he has had opportunities to work with various MSME and corporate clients. At Mindrops, he establishes financial policies and procedures, directs financial strategy, and is responsible for budgeting, auditing, and treasury function. With his Advanced Degree in Commerce and a CMA certification, he has a complete grasp of all aspects of finance and taxation.
Jaya Sharma is a dynamic Human Resource Manager with strong management and leadership skills, enabling her to effectively oversee our HR department and drive initiatives that enhance overall company performance.
She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resources and Marketing. Jaya has a proven track record of successfully managing human resources and leading teams to success.
Gitika Sethi is an accomplished head of delivery with experience in successfully delivering a wide range of projects. Gaurav Garg leads Mindrops UK, bringing over 22 years of experience in digital transformation and IT solutions. Previously heading GRG Professional Services Ltd., Gaurav has worked with clients like Co-op Insurance, Daimler Truck, Unilever, Atlas Copco, and Allianz.
A certified AWS Solutions Architect, PRINCE2 Practitioner, and TOGAF 9.1 Enterprise Architect, Gaurav specializes in Intelligent Automation, AI/ML, and cloud technologies. His expertise spans solutions architecture, project management, and team leadership.
