The leadership team
Rohit Gupta founded Mindrops and leads it as CEO, together with three co-founders, the managing directors for the UK and the EU, and the heads of innovation, delivery and HR.
Founder & CEORohit Gupta
Rohit brings 23 years of enterprise software experience. He has previously worked with Deloitte, Pfizer, Merrill Lynch (Bank of America) and Delta Air Lines. He holds an MS in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago.
Rohit is a technology thought leader and entrepreneur at heart, with 23 years of enterprise software experience. While living in the USA he worked with companies such as Deloitte, Pfizer, Merrill Lynch (Bank of America) and Delta Air Lines, designing and developing high-end enterprise applications and maintaining high-traffic public-facing websites. With a Master’s in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, he is passionate about building engineering teams that deliver end-to-end solutions.
Managing Director, UKGaurav Garg
Gaurav has 23 years of experience and is an AWS Solutions Architect, with PRINCE2 and TOGAF credentials. He leads Mindrops in the UK.
Gaurav leads Mindrops UK, bringing 23 years of experience in digital transformation and IT solutions. Previously heading GRG Professional Services Ltd., he has worked with clients including Co-op Insurance, Daimler Truck, Unilever, Atlas Copco and Allianz. A certified AWS Solutions Architect, PRINCE2 Practitioner and TOGAF 9.1 Enterprise Architect, he specializes in intelligent automation, AI/ML and cloud technologies, with key projects spanning Unilever’s B2B loyalty scheme and Co-op Insurance’s transformation program.
Managing Director, EUFilip Fontaine
Filip has 30 years of experience, including roles at eBay, Kering, TUI Travel and MarineMax. He holds an MBA from IESE Barcelona and is based in Brussels, leading Mindrops in the EU.
Filip is a US-European digital management expert with 30 years of experience, including roles at large companies such as eBay, Kering, TUI Travel and MarineMax, leading digital transformation at the last three. He works with the Mindrops client base in Europe and North America to bridge the gap between their product and market vision and Mindrops’ expert, outsourced IT and web services in India. A native of Brussels, he holds an MBA from IESE in Barcelona and a Master’s in European and International Law from KU Leuven.

Sanjeev brings more than 11 years of experience in finance and is a qualified Cost and Management Accountant (CMA). As Co-Founder and CFO, he leads the company's financial strategy and operations.
Sanjeev is an established finance leader with over 11 years of experience in finance and accounting, with deep expertise in shareholder value creation, corporate governance, business partnering, treasury and funding, investor relations, cost management, taxation and financial reporting. At Mindrops he establishes financial policies and procedures, directs financial strategy and owns budgeting, auditing and the treasury function. He holds an advanced degree in Commerce and a CMA certification.
