Who we build iOS apps for
Businesses whose customers use iPhone
Consumer, retail and subscription products where many paying customers are on iPhone and expect an app that feels at home there.
Device and hardware companies
Makers of instruments and connected products who need an iPhone or iPad app that talks to their device over Bluetooth or Wi-Fi.
Teams adding iOS to an Android app
Companies with a working Android app or web product who now need an iPhone version that matches it feature for feature.
Owners of an outdated iOS app
Apps still on old Objective-C or UIKit code that break on new iOS versions or are held back by App Store requirements.
Why Mindrops for iOS app development
iPhone and iPad apps already shipped
For Anton Paar we built the iPhone and iPad apps for Easydens, its density meter for home brewers, and the apps we built for Kineket and LROP Fabrics are live on the App Store.
App Store review planned in
We design for Apple’s review rules from the first screens (privacy labels, permission prompts, sign-in and payment rules), so release is not held up at the last step.
Native when it matters
We build native Swift when the app relies on Apple-specific features or polish, and tell you when a cross-platform app would serve you just as well for less.
Your Apple account, your code
The app ships under your own Apple developer account, and you own the source code, certificates and documentation.

Phone resale app
iPhone and Android apps for selling a used phone in Delhi, from choosing the model and answering condition questions to price, pickup booking and payment.
From the client’s review
“Instead of building our first list as it was, the Mindrops team tested it, found it too long and cut it down until a new user could finish it easily.”
A mobile app for vendors to browse and order fabrics on their own, plus an admin panel to track orders, payments and stock, for a trading business in Delhi’s Ram Bazar.
From the client’s review
“Fabric buyers need GSM, width, and color options visible before deciding — Mindrops built the catalogue layout around that without needing much explanation from our side.”
We agree users, devices, the iOS versions to support and integrations, then send a written scope with an itemised estimate.
02 — Design
Prototype to Apple’s guidelines
Core journeys are designed and prototyped for iPhone, and iPad where needed, and signed off before the build.
03 — Build
TestFlight builds as you go
Features land in short increments, and each build reaches your team through TestFlight for review on real devices.
04 — Release
App Store launch and upkeep
We prepare the listing and privacy details, submit for review and launch, then keep the app current with each iOS release.

What does an iOS app development company do?
It designs, builds, tests and publishes apps for iPhone and iPad, together with the backend they need, and keeps them working through iOS updates. Mindrops handles that full path, from the first scope to App Store release and maintenance.
Swift or SwiftUI for a new iOS app?
Both: Swift is the programming language and SwiftUI is Apple’s modern interface framework built on it. New apps are usually written in SwiftUI, with UIKit used for screens that still need it. Existing Objective-C apps can move to Swift gradually.
Native iOS or cross-platform?
Native iOS suits apps that lean on Apple-specific features, advanced animation or deep hardware access. If you need Android too and the features are typical business ones, Flutter or React Native can cover both platforms from one codebase.
Do we need a Mac or an Apple developer account?
You do not need a Mac. You do need an Apple Developer Program membership so the app is published under your company’s name; we help you set it up and handle the builds and submission.
How long does App Store review take?
Apple reviews most submissions within a day or two, but a rejection adds time. We follow the App Review Guidelines from the start so the first submission has the best chance of passing.
How much does an iPhone app cost to build?
It depends on the screens, user roles, backend, integrations and whether iPad is included. After a short discovery we send a written scope with an itemised estimate; see engagement models.
Tell us what the iPhone or iPad app should do, who will use it and which systems it connects to. An engineer will reply as quickly as possible with a recommended approach.
