Cross-channel capabilities

Digital marketing is the set of channels and practices — search, paid media, content, email, social and conversion optimization — used to attract, convert and retain customers online. Mindrops runs these as one full-funnel, data-driven programme, optimised for AI-era search and measured on pipeline and revenue.

Full-funnel strategy & channel mix

A channel plan built from your goals, buyer journey and unit economics — deciding which channels lead, which support and which wait.

Measurement & attribution

GA4, Search Console and conversion events configured in accounts you own, with server-side-ready tracking, so every channel is judged on the same enquiry and revenue data.

AI-search readiness

Answer-first structure, schema and topical authority across the site, so the brand can rank in search and is eligible to be cited in Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and Perplexity.

In-house landing pages

Fast, conversion-focused pages and test variants built by Mindrops engineers, so campaigns never wait on a page builder or another supplier. See website development.

CRM & marketing-data integration

Forms, email, WhatsApp and ad conversions connected to your CRM, so lead quality and closed revenue flow back into optimisation — built on our CRM and API integration work.

Cross-channel reporting

One cross-channel report drawn from your own analytics properties, with a log of the work completed and what is planned next.

Why Mindrops for digital marketing

Marketers and engineers in one team
The people who plan campaigns sit with the engineers who build pages, fix Core Web Vitals and wire up tracking — so a fix agreed in a report reaches production without a hand-off to another supplier.
Measurement before spend
Tracking is audited and repaired before budgets scale, so channel decisions rest on conversions you can verify in your own GA4 and CRM data.
Planned for answer engines
Every programme plans for AI assistants as well as blue links, with answer-first content and structured data built into the pages.
Accounts and data in your name
Ad, analytics, Search Console and Business Profile accounts stay in your name wherever the platform allows; content, keyword research and reports remain yours if the engagement ends.

How we run digital marketing programmes

  1. 01 — Audit

    Funnel & tracking audit

We review every active channel, the funnel from first visit to closed deal and whether the tracking can be trusted — plus competitors’ search and AI-answer visibility.

  2. 02 — Plan

    Channel plan & scope

We decide which channels lead and which wait, set the conversion targets each is judged on, and turn that into an itemised scope and estimate.

  3. 03 — Launch

    Foundations first, then campaigns

Tracking, landing pages and technical fixes go in first; campaigns, content and lifecycle flows then launch on a base that can be measured.

  4. 04 — Reallocate

    Move budget to what works

Monthly reporting shows results and work completed; each quarter, budget and effort shift toward the channels producing qualified pipeline.

Frequently asked questions

Which marketing services should we start with?
Start where the funnel leaks most. If buyers cannot find you, begin with search & AI visibility or performance advertising; if traffic arrives but does not convert, begin with CRO; if leads go cold, begin with email or WhatsApp journeys. Many clients start with one channel and expand, and the audit makes that call from your data.
What does a digital marketing engagement typically include?
An audit of channels, funnel and tracking; a channel plan with conversion targets; the agreed channel work, such as SEO, paid campaigns, content or lifecycle flows; landing pages and tracking fixes built in-house; and monthly reporting. The mix is itemised in the scope.
How is digital marketing priced?
Every engagement is quoted from a scoped estimate. Typically a one-off audit and set-up phase is followed by a monthly retainer with an itemised scope, while defined projects such as a landing-page build or tracking rebuild can be fixed scope. Advertising spend is paid to the ad platforms, outside the Mindrops fee.
How long does digital marketing take to show results?
It depends on the channel and your starting point. Paid campaigns generate measurable data as soon as they go live, while SEO and content compound over months; competition, the state of the site and tracking, and how quickly changes can be implemented all move the timeline. Targets and milestones are agreed in the plan — no one can honestly guarantee rankings or lead volumes.
What support continues after launch?
Marketing is run as an ongoing programme: monthly reporting from your own analytics with a log of work completed, quarterly reviews that re-plan targets and budget, and continuing maintenance of the tracking, landing pages and integrations behind it. You can scale a channel up, pause it or move it in-house at any review.
Do you also optimise for AI search?
Yes. We optimise for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) so you stay visible as buyers shift to AI assistants. See search & AI visibility.
