LazyMonkey for QR feedback, surveys and escalation
A QR code-based, real-time feedback system for businesses, institutions and public services. Visitors scan a code where they are, the person responsible is alerted straight away, and anything left unresolved escalates.
What LazyMonkey does
LazyMonkey puts a QR code at each location, so feedback reaches the person responsible in real time, while the visitor is still there. It replaces paper registers that get read days later and long surveys that arrive at the wrong time.
A QR code for every location
Generate codes in bulk and tag them by location, service and type of feedback, so every response arrives with context.
Instant alerts
An SMS alert on every scan sends the issue to the person responsible, while the visitor is still on site.
Escalation matrix
Set time limits for each level; anything not resolved in time moves up to the next person.
Real-time dashboard
Benchmark locations, map the visitor journey and turn feedback into actionable reports.
Surveys
Share survey links, send user-specific links from an Excel import or by SMS, set automatic reminders and export reports to Word, Excel or PowerPoint.
Indian languages and data security
Forms in all major Indian languages; encryption, role-based permissions, backups and access logs.
How LazyMonkey works
- 01
Place a QR code
Each location — a washroom, a counter, a ward — gets its own code.
- 02
Configure tags
Tags tell LazyMonkey where the code is, which service it covers and who is responsible.
- 03
The visitor scans
A short form for that exact location opens in the phone browser; no app to install.
- 04
The person responsible is alerted
Feedback reaches the responsible staff in real time and escalates if it is not resolved in time.
- 05
Act on the insight
The dashboard and reports show trends by location and service, over up to 10 years of history.
