The challenge
RocketZone is a quick-commerce fashion marketplace promising delivery within 30–60 minutes across Delhi. A promise that tight depends entirely on fast, reliable last-mile execution — and on riders who always know what to pick up, where it goes, and when.
Before a dedicated tool, delivery ran on manual coordination: assigning orders by phone and message, chasing status updates, and reconciling cash-on-delivery by hand. There was little real-time visibility into where an order was in the fulfilment cycle, returns and exchanges added another layer of back-and-forth, and the model couldn't scale with order volume. RocketZone needed a rider management system that could handle real-time order assignment, live delivery tracking, COD management and reverse pickups, and end the manual chasing.
